Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, plans, and implements effective physical therapy programs for diverse inpatient and outpatient diagnoses. They also provide patient education, consultation, discharge planning, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's degree preferred. Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist and American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification are required.
