Key Responsibilities

The counselor conducts patient assessments, establishes treatment goals, and administers individual and group therapy sessions. They also maintain confidential records and collaborate with physicians and community providers to ensure effective care from initiation to discharge.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in counseling, social work, or psychology. Professional licensure from the Michigan Board of Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required prior to the hire date.
