Key Responsibilities

• Health Network policies, procedures, culture, and expectations. Serves as a clinical mentor and preceptor for perioperative nurses and surgical services staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to promote clinical competency and successful integration into the department.

• Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental operations and organizational goals in alignment with Curry Health Network’s Mission, Vision, and Shared Values.

Requirements

• Current Unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse Licensure is required. BSN.

• Strongly Preferred.

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS.

• STABLE certifications are preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $51.70 - $78.20/hr.

• Clinical Nursing Ladder Program

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• On-site position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Shift differentials (NOC +$3.50/hr, Weekend +$3.00/hr for licensed positions)
