Role Overview
Join our team at Providence Medical Center, where NorthStar and Providence have cultivated a decade-long partnership dedicated to our staff and patient care.
- Compensation: $425,000 salary + $25,000 yearly bonus
- PTO: 17 weeks
- Sign-On Bonus: $90,000 for 3 years
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Long Term/Short Term, Malpractice, 401k and more
- Schedule: Balanced rotation of shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Cases include: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, GYN, Major Vascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Electrophysiology, Urology, and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)

About The Facility
Providence Medical Center, affiliated with Prime Healthcare, serves Western Wyandotte County and is associated with Saint John Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas. With over 1,300 skilled staff members and 275 volunteers, we provide expert medical care to Wyandotte, Leavenworth, and northern Johnson counties. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional healthcare services close to home.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical specialties including general, vascular, and orthopedic procedures. Participate in a balanced rotation of shifts and contribute to the facility's operating room performance and leadership initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must be qualified anesthesiologists with a strong passion for medical leadership. Relevant clinical experience is required to support the care team model at Providence Medical Center.
