Occupational Therapist (Casual) AGH Acute Care

Key Responsibilities

The role involves evaluating and treating patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits impacting independent living skills, while coordinating support personnel activities. Essential duties include performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, establishing goals and plans of care, and utilizing appropriate occupational therapy techniques for interventions.

Requirements

A minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility), and required certifications including CPR, Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances. A Master’s Degree is preferred, and a current driver's license may be required.
