Evaluate and re-evaluate patients in rehab and acute settings while planning and implementing ongoing occupational therapy programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment, progress, and discharge planning.
Requires an active Hawaii state license to practice Occupational Therapy and BLS certification from the American Red Cross. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience with adults in outpatient and acute rehab settings.
