Work Schedule

This position offers weekends off, day shifts only, hybrid flexibility. Work with Fraser in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include implementing personalized and responsive client treatment plans, conducting initial screening and assessment for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns, and writing necessary assessments to recommend supports. The role also involves conducting individual, family, and group therapy, skills training, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Master's degree and hold an active independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT), with a preference for previous experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents in a clinical setting. A commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice is also required.
