Behavioral Health Consultant (Integrated Care Therapist),

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide brief, problem-focused assessments and interventions for patients within a primary care setting. They will also participate in the development of clinical protocols and contribute to system-wide quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be licensed or license-eligible as an LPC or LCSW in Wisconsin. Experience in an integrated primary care or medical setting is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
