The Patient Liaison will create exceptional first and last impressions for patients and provide top-tier customer service through various interactions. They will collaborate with providers and medical staff to support patient care and clinic flow.
A high school diploma or equivalency is required along with at least one year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities. Computer competency in Microsoft Windows is also necessary.
