Clinical Therapist (ACSW / AMFT / APCC)
Fountain Valley, CA | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8a-4p
Outpatient PHP / IOP | Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorders
Renaissance Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.
What You'll Do
Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific)
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed
Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners
Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Participate in utilization reviews
What You Bring
Master's degree in a related field
Active BBS Associate number
ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)
Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems
Addiction treatment experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess an active BBS Associate number (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC). Experience in addiction treatment and knowledge of therapeutic modalities like CBT and DBT are preferred.
