The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide mentorship to Behavior Technicians. They will also collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Additionally, they must possess active state licensure or the ability to obtain it.
