Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the provision of safe and effective pharmaceutical care, including designing and monitoring patient-specific medication therapy regimens. They also collaborate with the healthcare team to manage formulary adherence and ensure accurate medication dispensing in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills are required to provide age-appropriate patient care.
