Job Description
Tenet Healthcare and the Children's Hospital of Michigan are looking for a NP or
PA to join a growing Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) team dedicated to
delivering exceptional, family-centered care to children and their families.
This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside five Pediatric ENT
physicians and two experienced advanced practice providers in a collaborative,
multidisciplinary environment focused on expanding access to specialized care
across both hospital-based and community clinic settings. The Nurse Practitioner
will play a vital role in providing comprehensive pediatric ENT care while
supporting the continued growth of the program.
Job Highlights
* Primarily outpatient position providing care in both hospital-based Pediatric
ENT clinics and community-based satellite clinics
* Collaborate closely with five Pediatric ENT physicians, advanced practice
providers, audiologists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
* Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric ENT patients, including both
new and established patient visits and follow-up care
* Perform in-office procedures including nasal endoscopy, ear debridement, ear
and nasal foreign body removal, and nasal cautery
* No operating room responsibilities; focus on clinic-based care, patient
education, care coordination, and continuity of care across multiple settings

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be a licensed, certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. The role requires the ability to perform specific in-office ENT procedures and work collaboratively within a clinical team.
