The Physical Therapist is responsible for helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function through personalized interventions. They conduct regular reexaminations, modify treatment plans as needed, and manage discharge planning for patients in a home health setting.
Candidates must hold a current license to practice physical therapy and have graduated from an accredited CAPTE program. At least one year of related experience is required, along with current CPR certification.
