Join DeliverCareRx Pharmacy LLC as a Registered Pharmacist – M-F, No Weekends, Hospice in Tampa, Florida, United States. DeliverCareRx is an innovative national home delivery hospice pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. We are partnered with Optum Hospice Pharmacy Services, the largest pharmacy benefit manager in the hospice industry.

Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist is responsible for acquiring and dispensing prescriptions for hospice patients while ensuring appropriate medication therapy. They will also oversee pharmacy technicians, perform drug utilization reviews, and provide high-quality customer service to patients and caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a B.S. or PharmD degree and possess a current State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
