Medical Director of Addiction Psychiatry

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for a comprehensive continuum of addiction treatment services across the health system. This role oversees medical quality, program development, physician engagement, and clinical integration across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine, plus additional certification in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine. A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in complex healthcare systems is required.
