Key Responsibilities
Provides patient care through physical therapy evaluations and the implementation of established treatment plans. Documents evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and patient education within 24 hours of each visit.
Requirements
Requires a degree or certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensure by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Must hold a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
