Key Responsibilities
The Family Physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive primary care services across the lifespan, addressing acute, chronic, and preventive health needs according to established protocols. Essential functions include performing diagnostic evaluations, managing various medical conditions, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a current California license as a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, be board certified or eligible in Family Practice or a closely related specialty, and have at least three years of experience in ambulatory outpatient medicine. A current DEA narcotic license and CPR certificate are also mandatory requirements.
