Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality ABA services. They are responsible for analyzing client data, conducting assessments, and providing caregiver training via telehealth.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and experience in ABA treatment program oversight are required.
