Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. This temporary role starts on 09/14/2026 for 17 weeks, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week and a 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30).
This position offers day shifts only. Work with Healthforce in Lower Moreland Township, Pennsylvania.
Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations and develop resident-centered treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and educate residents and families on safety and home exercise programs.
Candidates must have an active physical therapy license in Pennsylvania or be eligible to practice in the state. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills are required to manage a resident caseload in a skilled nursing facility.
