Cimarron Place is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Social Worker!
Job Expectations
Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

Requirements
- Prefer 2 Years Social Work experience in a Long Term Care or Hospital
- 4 year Degree
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas
Education / Qualifications
- 4 year Degree
- Social Worker License
Knowledge / Experience
- At least 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital
Licensure / Certifications
- Social Worker License
Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will manage the Social Service Department to ensure residents receive medically related social work services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and providing psychosocial support to residents and their families.
