Patient Navigator RN

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Navigator RN assists patients in understanding their diagnosis and coordinates their treatment plans throughout the care path. They also collaborate with clinical staff and surgical scheduling to ensure effective patient preparation and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license and BLS certification. At least two years of previous clinical experience is required for this role.
