This is a full time day shift position working 8:30am - 4:30pm with rotating weekend/holiday coverage.
- Preferred Criteria
- Acute Care Rehabilitation Experience
- Inpatient Psychiatric
- Discharge planning
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Required Criteria
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- 3 years experience or training in a hospital

$45.61-$61.08/Hourly

Key Responsibilities
The social worker will provide psychosocial services and coordinate discharge planning for patients within an inpatient psychiatric unit. They will assist patients and families in coping with illness and navigating the continuum of care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a New York State LMSW or LCSW license. A minimum of 3 years of hospital-based experience or training is required.
