Key Responsibilities
Provide behavioral health treatment for primary care patients with co-occurring medical conditions and mild substance use disorders. Collaborate with the behavioral medicine team and primary care providers to create and implement effective treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted PhD, PsyD, or LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of 3 years of practice experience and experience within an integrated primary care model are preferred.
