The Lead Behavioral Health Technician provides leadership and direct support within a residential treatment program by coaching staff and ensuring operational compliance. They are responsible for monitoring client safety, auditing documentation, and maintaining a therapeutic environment in accordance with agency standards.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in behavioral health or a related human services field and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Medication Level I certifications are required.
