Key Responsibilities
This position involves performing clinical assessments of prospective patients and providing oversight to RN Care Managers across various programs. Key duties include conducting initial virtual assessments, determining appropriate devices for eligible patients, and managing patient escalations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a graduate degree in nursing (MSN, DNP) or a post-graduate certificate, along with a Georgia Compact State Licensure (RN Compact). A minimum of ten years of experience is required, preferably in acute or ambulatory care, with demonstrated experience in a fully virtual setting.
