Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Navigator manages the entire care pathway for orthopedic and spine patients by serving as a liaison between the patient, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary care team. They are responsible for coordinating pre-admission testing, providing patient education, and ensuring clinical outcomes are documented and reported.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Arizona Registered Nurse license and possess 3-5 years of hospital experience, preferably in orthopedics or spine surgery. A BSN is preferred, and the role requires BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
