Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to oncology patients through both in-home visits and virtual platforms. Collaborate with clinical operations and oncology practices to implement evidence-based care models and manage patient symptoms.
Requirements
Must be an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 4 years of clinical experience in oncology, home care, or palliative care. Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
