Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care to oncology patients through a combination of in-home visits and virtual consultations. Collaborate with clinical operations and oncology practices to implement evidence-based care models and manage patient symptoms.
Requirements
Requires an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with at least 4 years of clinical experience in oncology, home care, or palliative care. Must be comfortable with technology, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work in-person in the Inland Empire region.
