Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors patient behaviors, provides continuous care, and assists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans. They also respond to crisis situations and maintain accurate patient records within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. One year of experience in a behavioral health care facility and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.
