Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician monitors client safety and well-being through regular rounds, wellness checks, and facility inspections. They also assist clinical staff with documentation, vital signs, and the facilitation of therapeutic and recreational activities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to remain composed during behavioral crises. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with adolescents in a structured environment are required.
