Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient function in the home environment and develop comprehensive plans of care. They are also responsible for preparing clinical progress notes and consulting with families and agency personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Missouri Physical Therapy license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to document care in a computerized medical record are required.
