Key Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst provides ongoing behavioral services, develops and monitors behavior support plans, and trains staff on implementation. They also coordinate behavioral restrictions, ensure accurate documentation for billing, and provide on-site crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a DIDD ABA certificate and a Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field. Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as an Associate Behavior Analyst is required.
