Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist In Charge will oversee daily retail pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and staff supervision. They are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in the State of Florida and possess a PharmD or equivalent degree. A minimum of 3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience and fluency in both English and Spanish are required.
