Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and possess a current Florida Pharmacist License. Hospital pharmacy experience is required, and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is preferred.
