Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking physicians to join the Hospital Medicine team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care with sensitivity and understanding for hospitalized patients and their families, seeking to ensure that patients are satisfied with the information and explanations provided regarding their care. This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of daytime and swing shifts to meet patient care needs.
This is a full-time opportunity with work at both Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center and Westside Medical Center.

* Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

The annual salary for this position is $321,200-$362,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Specific details are below, and specific plan information is available upon request.
* Base salary range: $299,000-$339,800
* Lifestyle Stipend: $22,200 annually
* Sign-on Bonus up to $25,000
* Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
* Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
