Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans in a collaborative team environment. Document patient visits in the EHR and educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
Must hold an active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant and have board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Requires a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine along with excellent communication skills.
