Physical Therapist – Weekend Coverage (Part-Time)

Volare Health | Eugene, OR Area (3 Facilities)

impact? Join Volare Health as a Weekend Physical Therapist, supporting three

skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role is perfect for

a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference through

evaluations and patient care.

Schedule

* Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays

* Flexible hours based on facility needs

* Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired

What You'll Do

* Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes

* Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing

* Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

What We’RE Looking For

* Physical Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational

Therapy

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care

* Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet

patient goals

* Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

* Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

Key Responsibilities
