Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavioral change.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Support clients in building coping skills and relapse prevention strategies.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid licensure or certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (e. g., CADC, LCAS).

• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and trauma-informed care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $18 - $25/hr.
