Anderson Sport and Wellness is a cash-pay outpatient orthopedic practice in Newport Beach treating a highly active, athletic population alongside specialized neurological, concussion, and vestibular cases. We've built something rare: a 6-patients-a-day model with an active waitlist — real demand, not a caseload you build from scratch.

We're looking for a clinically strong professional to join our team on a per diem basis. What sets our practice apart is our proprietary treatment approach. Our specialized exercise protocols and technology are the reason we deliver consistent results, achieving a 90% success rate with complex cases. We're looking for someone who brings strong clinical judgment and is open to incorporating our technology into patient care.

• 60–90 minute appointments, instead of the standard 15–20, allowing for more comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

Licensed PT with 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic clinical experience (3+ preferred)

Demonstrated clinical independence, sound clinical judgment, and a strong track record of excellent patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Vestibular/concussion experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn and consistently incorporate our established protocols, proprietary exercises, and technology into patient care
