Key Responsibilities

The DVM Hospitalist provides comprehensive medical care for patients undergoing radiation therapy, including performing evaluations, coordinating diagnostic work-ups, and managing supportive care. They work in close partnership with the Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist to ensure continuity of care and efficient patient workflow.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a DVM or VMD degree and possess a current or eligible veterinary license in New York State. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medical case management are required, with preference given to those with internship training or specialty hospital experience.
