Key Responsibilities

The Veterinary Pharmacist provides clinical expertise and oversight of medication use to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy for veterinary patients. This role collaborates with the clinical team to optimize drug therapy and educates students and staff on medication safety and pharmacology principles.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution and possess an active pharmacist license in Colorado. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical judgment, and experience in a veterinary or academic hospital setting is required.
