FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP - Behavioral Health/Complex Pain/Substance Abuse Clinic
Recovia, LLC, is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Substance Abuse Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic at: 337 E Coronado Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.

Key Responsibilities
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide care in an integrative outpatient clinic setting focusing on behavioral health, complex pain, and substance abuse. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and physical therapists to treat patients.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. The role requires the ability to manage a patient load of 12-15 patients per day in an outpatient clinical environment.
