Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults, including conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support care coordination and improve resident independence.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP). A passion for empowering seniors and strong clinical skills are required.
