Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans for patients and their families.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. Two years of prior relevant experience is preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within three months of hire.
