Job Description
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time | Iowa
- We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges through effective counseling.
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions for individuals and families to foster emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
- Conduct client assessments and gather social histories to guide therapy approaches.
- Educate clients and families on mental health resources and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in Iowa.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. An active LMFT license in the state of Iowa is required for this position.
