Key Responsibilities
The Regional Nurse Practitioner Lead acts as a liaison between senior management and clinicians to ensure high standards of wound care across facilities. Responsibilities include supervising providers, conducting facility rounding, and managing clinical performance and documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing and a current, unrestricted APRN license in the state of application. The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds to assist residents.
