Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Pain Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patients with chronic and acute pain, and will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams for patients with chronic pain conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans including medication management, injections, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals to other specialists when necessary.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on pain management strategies and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, psychologists, and other team members to provide coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Prescribe medications within the scope of practice and according to state regulations.

Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State].
Board Certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP, or ANP preferred).
DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pain management, primary care, or a related specialty preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
