Job Description
MDB Health Services is hiring a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities in the Lake Charles, LA area.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities
- Manage an independent schedule and caseload
Travel Between Facilities Within the Assigned Territory
Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule
- Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities
