This position offers day shifts only, a signing bonus. Work with Munson Healthcare in Prudenville, Michigan, United States.
Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including OASIS documentation, to determine functional levels. They will develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with physicians while providing education to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved curriculum and hold a valid State of Michigan license. One year of clinical experience is preferred for this position.
